CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this timeframe, the order will be processed, and cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team through the provided contact channels, including email or phone. The cancellation request should include the order number and the reason for cancellation.

Refund for Cancellations: If the cancellation is made within the specified period, a full refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be provided for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined in the return policy below.

Refund Process: Customers seeking a refund should contact our customer service team with the order number, details of the item to be refunded, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund. The refund will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned items are received. The actual time may vary based on the customer’s bank or payment method.

Return Policy:

Return Eligibility: Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving their order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. The customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund for Returns: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange an item can return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If customers receive a damaged or defective item, they should contact our customer service team immediately with supporting photos. We will provide a refund or a replacement, depending on product availability.
